PIKE COUNTY, KY (WOWK) – A man is facing charges after a fatal hit-and-run in Pike County, Kentucky.
According to Kentucky State Police, the crash happened around 9:50 p.m. Wednesday, June 12 along U.S. 460 in the Millard area. Troopers say a man on a bicycle was struck by a vehicle.

The KSP says the driver of the SUV, identified as Clinton Justice, allegedly fled the scene after striking the man on the bicycle. Troopers say the Pike County Coroner’s Office pronounced the bicyclist, identified as Eric Justice, dead at the scene.
According to state police, Clinton Justice was found and arrested a short time after the incident. He was taken to the Pike County Detention Center on charges of leaving the scene of an accident, operating a motor vehicle under the influence and vehicular homicide when under the influence.
