KENTUCKY, WV (WOWK) – Kentucky Electric power officers say significant storms that swept via northeastern Kentucky left much more than 12,000 of their buyers with out electric power.
They say the Countrywide Weather Service confirmed gusts of up to 92 miles for each hour. The NWS also verified a tornado in Boyd County.
