Related Video: Man wanted, woman arrested in connection to Boone County stabbing
BOONE COUNTY, WV (WOWK) — A suspect wanted in the Thursday stabbing of a man in Boone County was arrested Friday night according to the West Virginia Division of Corrections and Rehabilitation (WVDCR).
The WVDCR website said that Kobe Alan Miller, 18, of South Charleston, was booked at the South Central Regional Jail around 6:50 p.m. Friday on a $100,000 Property/Surety bail. Miller was wanted in connection to the stabbing of a man in the 600 block of Meadow Fork Road in Hewet that occurred Thursday.
According to West Virginia State Police Senior Trooper A. Workman, the victim told troopers that the suspect came in to his home and stabbed him while he was in bed, though Workman said the victim is now in stable condition.
Police also arrested Taea Scruggs, 24, of Oak Hill, on Thursday in connection to the stabbing. She is charged with accessory after the fact to malicious wounding and is also currently in the South Central Regional Jail.
